Hi Eileen,

I've always liked nuts. After doing the research for my series of nut articles, I now include both nuts and seeds as a regular part of my diet. I've cut down on foods containing cholesterol and keep losing weight without trying. It's great!

I visited a dietician and she commented about my favorable cholesterol levels.
