No-bake peanut clusters are great for when you are short on time but still need something to serve company.I love these cookies and make them all the time.

Guests will be hard-pressed trying to figure out just what goes into these cookies. They are soft and oh-so-good!

If you need cookies in a hurry or just have a craving for something sweet but don't feel like firing up your oven, you can make peanut clusters on top of your stove in minutes.

Whip these no-bake cookies in 5-10 minutes. You'll need oats, peanut butter and unsalted, roasted peanuts to get started.

No-Bake Peanut Clusters

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup can milk

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups quick oats

1 cup roasted (unsalted) peanuts

Boil 3 Minutes

Combine: sugar, butter, and can milk in a pot. Boil 3-4 minutes, on medium heat, stirring frequently. Ensure that bottom doesn't stick and burn.

Stir in Peanut Butter and Vanilla

Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.

Fold in Oats and Nuts

Stir Ingredients

Drop onto a Flat, Greased Surface, Until Cookies Harden

Drop peanut clusters by tsp. on a foil-lind cookie sheet to set.

Makes 2 dozen peanut clusters.
