HubPages Checklist: Earn More From HubPages

A HubPages checklist so you'll earn the most from HubPages.

Step 1

Join Google (so you earn from AdSense Ads running on your Hubs).

Step 2

After you have created a number of Hubs

• Join Amazon

• Join E-bay

When you are in edit mode, over on the right, under Add More Stuff, you'll see Revenue Capsules. You simply click on either E-bay, Amazon or both. If you want more than one capsule, click it the desired number of times. You will find the capsule box sitting at the bottom of your HubPage. Now you can tweak it by searching for products that would go with the subject of your Hub.

Step 3

Bookmark your HubPages articles(you will need to sign up for these services first). HubPages provides some of these services underShare It, the green button at the bottom left of each HubPage.

Bookmarking Buttons

For convenience, check out the sites that offer bookmarking buttons. Sign in to the site and drag these up to your browser bar; next time you have a published article page open, just click on the bookmarking icon up in the bar. (Furl, Mixx, Magnolia, Backflip It!, Delicious, and Reddit all offer bookmarking buttons.)

Step 4

Link to others' HubPages with your tracker.

Step 5

Refer others

Encourage others to become part of the HubPages community and earn lifetime royalties on pages they create. You earn on those who sign up under you.

Step 6

Include HubPages badges and banners embedded with your tracking token at your blogs, which will also lead to more sign-ups.

Step 7

Link to your HubPages at your blogs and in other Hubpages.

Step 8

Groups

Once you've created a number of HubPages, catagorize them into groups. This is done when you are composing a HubPage. At the top you will see: Settings, Summary Text, Group. Select Group. You can create a new group or add your page to one you previously created. It's good to group your Hubs into catagories because readers will be directed to more of your Hubs with similar topics. You'll now notice at the bottom of your HubPage thename of one or more of your articles with an arrow which conveniently directs readers to your other Hubs.

Step 8

Use your HubPage Feeds in applicable HubPages; incorporate your HubPage Feeds at your blogs. To grab the Feed: click on the orange Feed button and right click, peruse the menu until you see 'properties.' Click on that and copy/paste the Feed URL where desired. Most programs offer a box or a form where you can paste your Feed URL.

Step 9

Take time to read other Hubs and comment. Get to know your way around the HubPages community--a group of interesting and talented individuals.

Step 10

Get to know other popular Hubbers and check out their pages to see what they are doing. Learn from those who have been successful.
