Ham Noodle Casserole

Ham noodle casserole is a creamy tasting supper dish. You combine ham and egg noodles with creamy gravy for a savory dinner dish.
Ham Noodle Casserole
Dice:
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 slices of ham
- 3 tbsp. butter
Cook slowly in butter in a skillet covered with a lid, until onions and peppers are tender and lightly browned. Add:
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery
- 11/2 cup water
Stir until smooth.
Cook until tender:
- 1 12oz. pkg. egg noodles. Drain.
Place all ingredients into a buttered casserole dish. Top with:
- 1/2 corn or wheat flakes
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes
Dot with butter and bake your ham noodle casserole in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
