No-Bake Chocolate Christmas Bark
Chocolate bark is a easy-to-make sweet item when you are short on time but still need something to serve company.
I'm a fan of no-bake recipes that can be made in a pot and set to cool, instead of having to heat up the oven. When you are in a hurry, these type of recipes can be life-savers.
This bark recipe is, of course, a good one to fall back on around the holidays but you can enjoy Christmas bark anytime you have a hankering for chocolate.
Easy Chocolate Christmas Bark
Whip up a batch of this tasty chocolate bark. Good for the holidays or for any time of the year!
Chocolate Christmas Bark Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2-1 cup long coconut
Christmas Bark Variations
- Choclate Christmas bark looks so pretty sprinkled with coconut
- If you love roasted peanuts, add these into your Chistmas bark for a nutty taste
- Add peppermint flavoring
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter on low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut.
- Smooth into buttered pan and top with more coconut
- Cut into desired shapes while still soft.
- Place chocolate bark in fridge to cool.
- For a fancy look, cut chocolate bark into diamond shapes.
